Business Manager

Deirdre joined the Hartley People team in July 2017. As Business Manager of Hartley People 3Sixty, she leads the Contingency Workforce Recruitment team, servicing the temporary recruitment needs of companies in Waterford and across the South East. Deirdre has an extensive management background having worked as a Senior Manager in the country’s leading luxury retail multiple – Brown Thomas. She has recruited and managed permanent teams of up to 120 people covering all aspects of HR, Finance, Marketing, Events and Customer Service.
